Volunteer Registration for our January 4, 2025 heart screen is NOW OPEN!

Participant registration for this event is by invite only, and open to players and siblings 14-24 participating in the Eastview Hockey Association’s Play for Patrick Bantam Tournament Player Heart Screen. Team invites will be sent the week of December 22nd.
