Due to high demand and logistical considerations, it may take 12-24 months to schedule a screening, and availability depends on factors such as physician and team availability, school schedules, and geographic rotation within the 7-county metro area.

To host a successful screening, you’ll need to identify your school’s Administrator/Principal and four key contacts—Office Administrator, Parent Representative/Booster Club, Facilities Manager, and Volunteer Coordinator—each with specific roles outlined in the following pages.

While we provide the process, equipment, and expertise, your energy and commitment are essential to making the event a success and saving lives.
